What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect full name, company, position, business email, area of interest and the text of the request; the phone number only if provided.

The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to reply to the request and to assess a possible engagement. This is a pre-contractual measure taken at the data subject's request (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We do not use it for newsletters or promotional communications.

Providing name, company, position and email is necessary to receive a reply.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for 24 months, unless a contractual relationship arises, or until erasure is requested.

Processors

The data is processed by technical providers appointed as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. (hosting of the site and the form; function executed in Frankfurt, Germany);
• Resend (delivery of the request by email).

Transfers

Some providers are based in the United States: transfers take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Data is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties for their own purposes.

Data subject rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to richieste@corporateai.it. Anyone who believes that the processing infringes the GDPR may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
