Solutions

Four practice areas, designed to work together.

Each area can be started on its own. The full value comes when strategy, production systems and governance rules are part of the same design.

  1. 01Strategy and use cases
  2. 02AI agents in operations
  3. 03Enterprise knowledge
  4. 04Governance and the AI Act

01 · Strategy and use cases

Where artificial intelligence creates value, and where it does not.

A map of the activities in which artificial intelligence reduces time, errors or cost in a measurable way, and a plan to take them into production in the right order. Use cases to discard are documented too, with the reason.

A use case without an indicator does not have a return: it has an expectation.

Scope

  • Process analysis carried out with the people who run those processes every day
  • Assessment of each use case for value, technical feasibility, data quality and risk
  • Estimate of build costs and of running costs, which depend on volumes
  • Adoption plan with priorities, owners and success indicators

What the company receives

  • Use case map with a reasoned assessment
  • Business case for the priority use cases
  • Adoption plan ready for the board of directors

02 · AI agents in operations

Operational work carried out inside the systems the company already uses.

Agents that work inside ERP, CRM, email and archives: they monitor orders, payments and deadlines, prepare cases and replies, update the systems and stop wherever a decision is required.

Scope

  • Continuous monitoring of customers, orders, payments, contracts and deadlines
  • Preparation of cases, documents and replies submitted for approval
  • Integration with ERP, CRM, email and document archives through documented interfaces
  • Testing on a set of real cases with expected outcomes, before going into service

What the company receives

  • Agent in production, with an approval workflow
  • Searchable log of every action and every source used
  • Code, configurations and test cases owned by the company

03 · Enterprise knowledge

The company's documents, queried the way you would ask a colleague.

Procedures, contracts, technical sheets and records become searchable in natural language. Every answer states the document and the passage it comes from; if the archive does not contain the answer, the system says so.

Scope

  • Survey of document sources and access rights
  • Indexing with the same permissions as the source systems
  • Answers citing the document, the version and the passage
  • Automatic updates when documents change

What the company receives

  • Internal assistant, available from the tools already in use
  • Permissions consistent with existing ones: nobody reads what they cannot read today
  • Measured answer quality on real questions from staff

04 · Governance and the AI Act

The rules by which the organisation adopts and controls artificial intelligence.

An artificial intelligence governance framework consistent with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and national law. The Regulation applies in stages and some deadlines were revised in 2026: every plan starts from the text in force at the time of the assessment.

Our governance and compliance work supports the company's legal counsel; it does not replace it.

Scope

  • Inventory of the AI systems in use, including those embedded in third-party software
  • Classification by risk category and by the company's role, provider or deployer
  • Internal usage policies, roles and responsibilities
  • AI literacy programmes for staff, by function (Article 4 of the Regulation)
  • Support with the required technical and organisational documentation

What the company receives

  • Register of the company's AI systems
  • Usage policy ready for the board of directors
  • Training plan by function, with evidence of the activities carried out

First meeting

A confidential conversation with senior management.

To understand where artificial intelligence can improve your operations, and where it is not worth it. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before the meeting on request.
